Water Pressure in Bald Hills
Recently, our team was called to attend a property in Bald Hills where we did an investigation on low flowing taps and found that the galvanised pipework was causing the issues. Our plumbers found that flow coming from the front hose tap was significantly higher than the rear hose tap.
Our Solution
Buz Plumbing rectified the cold-water supply throughout the house by disconnecting the galvanised pipework from the mains water at the front of the house and installing a 20mm Auspex main water line, connecting onto all cold water copper tails under the house.
Additionally, our Buz Plumbing team also installed an isolation valve and pressure valve to the front of the house as well as replacing all hose taps with new ones. Our clients are now happy with their pressure now flowing back to the way it should be.

Installing New Water Lines Kallangur
Recently, we attended a property in Kallangur where we Installed New Water line to the cold water supply from the front of the house, picking up all the fixtures. The job consisted of cutting all of the galvanized corroded pipework and bypassing under the house where accessible.
Our Solution
Buz plumbing installed 3/4 inch Auspex pipe lines throughout, picking up all of the branch tails under the house. (Branch lines are 1/2 inch within 3 meters of the main line). Buz Plumbing Relocated 2x hose taps to a location specified by the client as well as installed an isolation ball valve and pressure regulator to entry of water supply under the house. Once all finished and tested our client had amazing water pressure and was relieved with our fast and efficient service.

Blocked Drains in Warner
Recently, we attended a property in Warner as there had been significant blockages causing a backlog of water in the yard at the property. Buz plumbing conducted a thorough camera inspection using the latest CCTV footage and found the stormwater drainage needed to be rebuilt. Often materials and debris are an issue as they can quickly accumulate and cause clogs.
Our Solution
Buz plumbing had to excavate and trench using our own 1.7t excavator from a small garden section to the left of the driveway. From there we created a tunnel by excavating and trenching under the pathway from the front left corner of the property to the left hand side of the house and again to pipework on the footpath. We dug to adequate depths for the 4x 300 Series Drainage pits and 1x 450 Series Boundary pits to be installed.
We also had to Core hole drill 2x holes through a retaining wall on the property where we needed to install 100mm PVC pipework and fittings. However, during the installation we found the pipe work to be cracked, squashed and inadequate with objects found wedges between the pipework as a result.
All our work was completed by a fully licensed and qualified plumber and all equipment used was owned and operated by Buz Plumbing. Our client was happy that his problem was fixed and that the issues were identified and resolved before it got worse.
